Maple Syrup Seed Bars

These nut-free, oil-free, grain-free bars are loaded with nutrient-dense seeds and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Packed with plant-based protein and fiber, they make a satisfying snack for busy days, hikes, or post-workout fuel. Plus, they’re paleo-friendly and incredibly easy to make; just mix, press, and bake!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients until well combined.
  3. Add vanilla extract and maple syrup and stir until everything is coated evenly.
  4. Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the corners and bottom of the pan using the back of a wet spoon (prevents sticking).
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
  7. Let cool completely. Then, remove parchment paper and cut into desired bar shapes.

Store maple syrup seed bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For a longer shelf life, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
