Maple Syrup Seed Bars
These nut-free, oil-free, grain-free bars are loaded with nutrient-dense seeds and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Packed with plant-based protein and fiber, they make a satisfying snack for busy days, hikes, or post-workout fuel. Plus, they’re paleo-friendly and incredibly easy to make; just mix, press, and bake!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Top Seedz Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 Cup of Top Seedz Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup of Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
- 1/4 Cup of Top Seedz Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup of Top Seedz Flax Seeds
- 1/4 Cup of Top Seedz Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients until well combined.
- Add vanilla extract and maple syrup and stir until everything is coated evenly.
- Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture firmly into the corners and bottom of the pan using the back of a wet spoon (prevents sticking).
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
- Let cool completely. Then, remove parchment paper and cut into desired bar shapes.

Store maple syrup seed bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For a longer shelf life, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
