1 ½ Cup of Flour

2 Tsp of Baking Powder

1/4 Tsp of Salt

1 Large Egg, Room Temperature

2 Tbsp of Whipped Butter, Softened

1/2 Cup of Sugar

1/3 Cup of Top Seedz Chia Seeds
- 2 Large Bananas, Smashed
- 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a medium loaf pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix softened butter, egg, mashed bananas, and sugar until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add dry ingredients and almond milk to the wet mixture, alternating between the two. Mix just until combined (avoid over-mixing to keep bread light).

Fold in Chia Seeds gently until evenly distributed.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
