Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325ºF (163ºC). In a bowl, mix the Bake-At-Home Mix with olive oil, then pour in boiling hot water. Stir and let rest for 5 minutes. Note: If you are adding in additional spices, do so here. 

2. Place half the mixture on parchment, cover with a second sheet, and roll thin. Peel the top sheet off, slide onto a baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough.

3. Score the crackers before cooking if you want shaped crackers, or leave it be to crack into shapes after baking.

4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the pumpkin seeds are golden. 

5. Let crackers cool completely and serve with your favorite cheese & dips!
