Top Seedz Peppermint Bark

A healthy twist on classic holiday bark, made with our crunchy Top Seedz Bake-At-Home Mix! A handcrafted holiday treat made from our crisp, oven-baked seed crackers, finished with a layer of dark chocolate, peppermint, and sea salt. Beautiful to serve, even better to snack on.
Ingredients
- 1 Pouch Top Seedz Sea Salt Bake-At-Home Mix
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Boiling Water (Must Be Boiling!)
- 1 Cup Chocolate Wafers (Milk or Dark)
- Peppermint Candies
- Sea Salt

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF (163ºC).
2. In a bowl, mix the Bake-At-Home Mix with olive oil, then pour in boiling hot water. Stir and let rest for 5 minutes.
3. Place half the mixture on parchment, cover with a second sheet, and roll thin.
4. Peel the top sheet off, slide onto a baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough.

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the pumpkin seeds are golden. Let cool completely.
6. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
7. Put the peppermint candies in a bag and crush into medium pieces.
8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the crackers.
9. Sprinkle generously with crushed peppermint and sea salt.

10. Let the chocolate harden, then crack into bark-style pieces and enjoy!
