- 1 1/2 cups plain yoghurt
- 1 cucumber, deseeded and grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- paprika, for sprinkling
- Peel and de-seed the cucumber then grate. Wrap in a muslin cloth and squeeze out excess liquid.
- Combine yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice and garlic. Sprinkle with paprika.
