Olive Tapenade
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 cup of olives (black, green or kalamata, whatever you have handy), pitted and chopped small
- bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2-4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Mix it all together and Voila! For a smoother texture blend in a food processor adding a little more olive oil if desired.
- Enjoy on your favorite crackers.
