Tomato & Burrata Salad
Ingredients
- 4 medium heirloom tomatoes (about 1 lb), quartered
- 1–2 burrata balls
- Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions
- Quarter the heirloom tomatoes and arrange them on a plate or serving dish.
- Gently tear or cut the burrata in half and place over the tomatoes.
- Stack the basil leaves, roll them lengthwise, and slice thinly to create ribbons. Sprinkle over the top.
- Finish with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar if desired.
- Serve immediately with Top Seedz 6-Seed Crackers for a fresh crunch.
