Tomato & Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 medium heirloom tomatoes (about 1 lb), quartered
  • 1–2 burrata balls
  • Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Quarter the heirloom tomatoes and arrange them on a plate or serving dish.
  2. Gently tear or cut the burrata in half and place over the tomatoes.
  3. Stack the basil leaves, roll them lengthwise, and slice thinly to create ribbons. Sprinkle over the top.
  4. Finish with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with Top Seedz 6-Seed Crackers for a fresh crunch.
