  2. Broil skin-side-up for 5–7 minutes, until charred. Let cool, then peel off the blackened skin.
  3. In a food processor, blend garbanzo beans and lemon juice. Add olive oil, spices, and garlic, then blend again until smooth.
  4. Add roasted peppers and blend until creamy, thinning with water or olive oil if needed.

  3. Blend roasted pumpkin, garlic, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, maple syrup, lemon, and salt until smooth. Add reserved chickpea liquid for extra creaminess.

⚪️ White Layer – Sunflower Seed Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Top Seedz Sunflower Seeds (soaked overnight)
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2–3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • Fine sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
  • Water to thin

  1. Soak sunflower seeds overnight in cool water (or at least 4 hours). Drain & rinse.
  2. Blend soaked seeds with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth, adding water as needed.

To Assemble

In a shallow dish, spread your hummus in three festive stripes:  orange (roasted pepper), yellow (pumpkin), and white (sunflower seed). Use a small spatula to gently smooth where the colors meet for that signature candy-corn look.

Serve with your favorite Top Seed Crackers, the perfect crunchy pair!  Plus add your favorite fresh veggies for dipping. Enjoy!
