Honey Seed Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup flax seeds
2/3 cup sesame seeds
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 cup honey, warmed
4 ounces salted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Directions:
Grease and line an 8" x 8" baking dish
In a bowl combine the seeds and ground cinnamon.  Add the vanilla extract to the melted butter and pour over the seeds. Stir to combine
Add the warm honey and mix with a wooden spoon
Preheat the oven to 160 C / 320 F. Pour the seed batter into the prepared tin and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the surface is golden brown
Allow to cool for ten minutes and mark the bars with the help of a sharp knife. Allow to cool completely for several hours
Store them in an airtight container.

Notes: Next time I'd like to try baking them in a large baking dish for a shorter period of time.  I think the thinness might be quite nice.
