Berry Chia Seed Jam
Prep / Cook Time: 10 Minutes Makes about: 1 ¼ cup, Serves: 8 – 10, 2 tbsp per serving
This 10-minute Berry Chia Seed Jam is quick, healthy, and easy to keep on hand. Thickened with Top Seedz Chia Seeds, it’s one of our favorite ways to enjoy berries and to get extra nutrition in! Perfect for breakfast or paired with crackers for simple snacks all week.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Blackberries
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp Top Seedz Raw Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or honey, optional

Instructions
- Add washed berries to a small saucepan and heat over medium, stirring occasionally until softened. Using the back of a slotted spoon or fork, mash the berries along the side (or bottom) of the pan. Let the mixture come to a gentle boil. The entire cooking time will be from 4 – 6 minutes.
- Once boiling occurs, remove from heat, add sweetener if desired and slowly add in Top Seedz Raw Organic Chia Seeds while stirring to combine.
- Fill jar, cover, and place in refrigerator to set for a couple of hours.
- Enjoy this versatile jam – perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or paired with cheese and Top Seedz crackers on a charcuterie board.
