Offical Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The How Far Can Top Seedz Go? Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Top Seedz ("Sponsor"), located at P.O. Box 157, 229 W. Genesee St, Buffalo, NY 14201.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at its sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter: Visit the official How Far Can Top Seedz Go? submission page. Complete the submission form. Upload an original photo featuring Top Seedz. Provide all requested information and agree to the required terms and permissions. Limit one (1) entry per person per photo submission. Multiple unique photo submissions are permitted; however, duplicate submissions may be disqualified. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

5. Entry Requirements

Submitted photos must: Be the original work of the entrant. Not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content. Comply with applicable laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any submission that violates these rules or is inconsistent with the values of the Top Seedz brand.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected each week during July and August from eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be selected by Sponsor based on factors including creativity, originality, quality, and overall fit with the spirit of the campaign. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

7. Prize

Each selected winner will receive one (1) Top Seedz Travel Bundle consisting of Top Seedz products and related merchandise, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of [INSERT VALUE]. No cash alternative will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or social media account provided with their submission. If a winner: Cannot be contacted, Does not respond within seven (7) days, Is found to be ineligible, or Fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Photo License and Content Rights

By submitting a photo, entrant represents and warrants that: Entrant owns the submitted content or has all necessary rights and permissions to submit it. Any identifiable individuals appearing in the photo have granted permission for the photo's use as described herein. By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the submitted photo, together with entrant's name, social media handle, city, state/province, and country, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to: Websites, Social media channels, Email marketing, Advertising and promotional materials, Printed materials, Future marketing campaigns without additional compensation, notification, or approval.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes entrant's consent for Sponsor to use entrant's name, likeness, social media handle, city, state/province, country, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries; Technical failures of any kind; Unauthorized human intervention; Errors in administration of the Giveaway; or Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a prize.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at: https://topseedz.com/policies/privacy-policy

14. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
