INGREDIENTS
Top Seedz Seed Mix (Sesame Seeds*, Sunflower Seeds*, Flax Seeds*, Pumpkin Seeds), Rosemary*, Garlic*, Arrowroot*, Sea Salt, *Organic
SUGGESTED PAIRINGS
Honey drizzled over baked brie with prosciutto. Sliced fig and ricotta. Sliced peaches, pears or plums.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C)
Mix:
- Stir seed mix and oil in bowl
- Add boiling (HOT) water to the mixture
- Stir, then rest for 5 minutes
Make:
- Place ½ of mixture on sheet of parchment paper (you don’t need baking sheet yet)
- Cover with another sheet of parchment paper
- Drag rolling pin across paper to spread dough to edges
- Mixture should be as thin as the seeds will allow
- Slide dough and paper onto baking sheet and carefully peel off top sheet
- Score into desired cracker sizes
- Repeat
Bake:
- Bake at 325°F for 30-40 minutes until pumpkin seeds are golden brown (Cooking times may vary)
- Cool & crack along scored lines
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired
