Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Perfect for snacks, on salads or on other meals that need a crunch!

  • 4 oz pumpkin seeds 
  • sea salt to taste 
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil 

  • Heat the olive oil in a fry pan, add the pumpkin seeds and fry until lightly browned stirring frequently.  

    Put into a bowl and sprinkle sea salt, black pepper and paprika on top.  

    Enjoy.
