Oat, Brown Flax, & Maple Muesli
Ingredients:
- 7oz Rolled Oats
- 2 oz Top Seedz Organic Raw Brown Flax Seeds
- 1½ oz Bran
- 2 tbsp Real Organic Maple Syrup
- 3½ oz Whole Almonds, skin on & chopped
- 3½ oz Shelled Walnuts, chopped
- 10-12 Pitted Dates, chopped
- 2oz Goji Berries
- Lg pinch Cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 325F
- Pour oats, flax, and bran onto a baking tray and drizzle with maple syrup - Mix around to coat in syrup
- Bake the syrup-coated ingredients in the oven for 15-20 minutes
- Agitate the tray a few times as the contents cook
- Remove from the oven when golden brown and cool
- When cooled to room temperature, stir in the mixed seeds, dates, goji berries, and cinnamon until well combined
- Enjoy!
