Top Seedz Chia Seed Eggs

This chia egg recipe is equivalent to one large egg. If a recipe calls for more eggs, simply multiply the quantities accordingly.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Tbsp Top Seedz Raw Organic Black Chia Seeds
- 7 Tbsp Water
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Grind your Top Seedz Raw Organic Black Chia Seeds: For a smoother texture, grind the chia seeds in a blender or spice grinder, but this step is optional.
Step 2: Combine your Top Seedz Raw Organic Black Chia Seeds and water in a small bowl. Stir well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
Step 3: Allow the mixture to sit for about 5-10 minutes. The chia seeds will absorb the water and form a gel-like consistency.
Step 4: Once the chia egg has thickened, it’s ready to use in your baking recipes.
