Banana Flax Chia Seed Pudding

  1. In a sealable jar or container, mash the banana with a fork or whisk until smooth.

  2. Add the almond milk and sweetener (honey or agave).

  3. Seal the container and shake vigorously to combine.

  4. Add flax seeds and chia seeds.

  5. Seal and shake again until the mixture is evenly blended.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight (for best texture, give the jar a good shake a couple of times during chilling).

Optional Toppings

  1. When ready to serve, stir and top with desired toppings.

    Tip: If the pudding is too thick after chilling, stir in a splash of almond milk before serving.
