Top Seedz crackers are truly a good for you healthy snack. Yes, we love crackers in America but we also want to find the healthiest snacks we can. Well, let me tell you, there is no reason to look any further than Top Seedz.
These crackers are chock full of seeds. When they say their crackers are seeded, they mean it wholeheartedly. Depending on the flavor you choose, you can get a cracker with anywhere from 2 to 6 seed varieties.
Take for instance the 6-Seeded Crackers which have a: Sesame, Sunflower, Flax, Pumpkin, Chia & Hemp seed mix. The Rosemary, Cumin & Sea Salt all contain 4 different seeds; sesame, sunflower, pumpkin and flax.
Then there is also what I now call my “favorite go-to snack”, the Maple Magic Roasted Seeds (not a cracker) which is a mixture of sunflower & pumpkin seeds. These seeds are roasted in maple syrup and olive oil to give them a sweet, nutty flavor. Take them along wherever you go for a quick hunger fix or energy pick-me-up. Hint: I also like them on my morning yogurt with fruit.
And all these products are both Vegan and gluten free! They are Kosher certified too! The 6-Seeded crackers are also grain-free.
I made a charcuterie board for a neighborhood block get-together last week and everyone was raving about how these were the best crackers they had ever eaten. And I agree! The seeds give them a delicious flavor and crunch. They just seem to add another layer of taste to anything you serve them with.
So why do we need to add seeds to our diet? Just check out the added benefits of seeds:
- Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails
- Sharpened Vision
- Strengthened Bone Density
- Natural Source of Energy
- Increased Muscle Mass
- Enhanced Brain Performance
- Improved Digestion
- Gluten Free Seeds Ward Off Germs
Seeds offer taste, texture and nutritional benefits, such as protein, fiber and iron as well as a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. So the question should be, “Why would we not add seeds to our diet”?
Note: For all you baker/cooks out there, Top Seedz also has the first ever bake-at-home cracker kit! Check it out here.
