Top Seedz Featured in Deli Business at the New York Produce Show

We’re excited to share that Top Seedz was featured in the Spring 2025 issue of Deli Business Magazine for our role in the Grazing Boards Demonstration at the 2024 New York Produce Show (NYPS) at the Javits Cente in New York City.

The event showcased brunch, lunch, and dessert grazing boards crafted by top chefs using premium ingredients - including our crackers. From tropical fruits to artisan cheeses and meats, each 4-foot-long board was made with at least 50% fresh produce.

Led by cheese expert Max  McCalman, the culinary lineup   included chefs from Sysco, California Walnuts, Urban NYC Chefs, and more. The creativity? Off the charts (think: white chocolate bacon, dragon fruit, edible flowers).

We were proud to be a featured sponsor alongside brands like Bergader, Brooklyn Cured, California Walnut Commission, and Laura Chenel — and even prouder to see our crackers add that clean, satisfying crunch.
