New Offices: Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union, Top Seedz, Highmark Health

Each year, Buffalo Business First honors the best in real estate, construction and development in Western New York.

The projects in the New Offices category created workspaces in which all aspects of their companies can thrive. This year, we had three finalists.

WINNER: Top Seedz HQ and production facility

This fast-growing, woman-owned startup was in search of new corporate offices and production facility. Top Seedz found both in a 35,000-square-foot facility on the Oak-Elm corridor, right in the heart of the city. In addition to the new office space, the $3.5 million facility overseen by Iskalo Development Corp. incorporates advanced automation in a way that streamlines production and accommodates growth.
