New Year, Same Me: A Realistic Reset

It's the season of gym promos and “new year, new me” vibes. This year, I’m shaking things up with a fresh goal: 30 different plants a week! Inspiration comes from a podcast that I've just started listening to 'Zoe', they interview the world's top nutrition scientists giving us some great insights into improving health.

The 30 plants include not just fruits and veggies but also grains, nuts, seeds, herbs, and even spices. According to the science, variety isn’t just the spice of life—it’s the secret to better gut health, more energy, and stronger immunity.

Ways I'm racking up the wins:

  • Sprinkling pumpkin and flax seeds over yogurt.
  • Tossing sunflower seeds into soups and salads.
  • Coating my chicken or tofu in sesame seeds.
  • Grabbing a box of our 6 Seed Crackers (seven plants in one bite!!)
