Bake-At-Home Cracker Mix Sea Salt

Directions:
MIX:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C)
Stir seed mix and oil in bowl
Add boiling HOT water to mixture
Stir, then rest for 5 minutes
MAKE:
Place ½ of mixture on sheet of parchment paper (you don’t need baking sheet yet)
Cover with another sheet of parchment paper
Drag rolling pin across paper to spread dough to edges
Mixture should be as thin as the seeds will allow
Slide dough and paper onto baking sheet and carefully peel off top sheet
Score into desired cracker sizes
Repeat
BAKE:
Bake at 325°F for 30-40 minutes until pumpkin seeds are golden brown (Cooking times may vary)
Cool and crack along scored lines
Sprinkle with sea salt if desired
