This is one of our favorite recipes. We pour it over pasta, spread on our favorite crackers :)) or just use as a dip for veggies. So good. Love it even more when we get the basil from our garden!
- 2 cup basil leaves
- 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil, adjust for the consistency you like
- It's super easy, just throw everything (except the olive oil) into your blender, with the motor running slowly pour in the olive oil.
