Seedy Pesto

This is one of our favorite recipes. We pour it over pasta, spread on our favorite crackers :)) or just use as a dip for veggies. So good. Love it even more when we get the basil from our garden!


  • 2 cup basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice of half a lemon 
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, adjust for the consistency you like
  1. It's super easy, just throw everything (except the olive oil) into your blender, with the motor running slowly pour in the olive oil.
  2. Enjoy.
